Change of Use of Existing Mill, Tetley Street, Bradford

​A scheme to provide  a possible 43 self contained student units within an existing Mill in the heart of Bradford.



The scheme proposed a communal set up with a central heating system,  wifi and gym for use by all, while each self contained unit had its own kitchen, shower room and open plan living / sleeping area.
