Traditional Orangery Extension and Remodelling of Graystones Cottage, Ling Lane, Scarcroft

As part of an extensive refurbishment of this existing period property, the client wanted to remodel the  dining and kitchen areas to create  an open plan family room.

The design proposed a contemporary extension using traditional materials externally while creating modern open plan living, kitchen, dining and snug areas internally.

The scheme gained Permitted Development approval allowing a quick start on site date.
