This scheme for this vacant site within Stanningley proposed the felling a couple of protected trees to allow for the insertion of 4 new 3 bedroom, townhouse style terraced houses within this residential area.

Along with the addition of four new houses with private gardens and a private road with parking, the scheme also proposed the creation of a small community garden to the top of the site that could be enjoyed by all local residents.
