R D Stott Architects can offer the following services including full architectural services, fee advice, feasibility studies, design advice, planning advice and guidance, advice on Building Regulations, tendering advice and contract advice, contract administration, project management, interior design, CAD services, preparation of working drawings, building surveys and preparation of measured drawings and conditions reports.

R D Stott Architects are committed to promoting and implementing an awareness and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues throughout all aspects of the practices business.

 

We recognise that the activities of our industry have an impact on the environment in a number of ways and it is our aim to reduce our impact and to promote sustainable solutions through careful material selection and building design to minimise material waste and energy consumption while maximising the benefits of natural resources including natural ventilation and solar control opportunities.

 

It is the aim of the practice to reduce the carbon footprint and resource depletion of our office and our projects by careful consideration of our actions to save the planet for now and for future generations.

 

 

Richard Stott BA Hons Dip Arch(Oxford) ARB RIBA

 

Richard Stott is a fully qualified Architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects with over 15 years of experience. He is passionate about creating great places to live and work in and seeks to offer a bespoke design service that responds to his clients’ requirements while being sensitive to the sites surroundings. Over the last 15 years Richard has specialized in the retail, residential and commercial sectors designing for both large multi-national organizations and individual clients. When he is not working, Richard is a keen golfer and still has ambitions of gaining his tour card for the European Tour circuit but until then he hacks out of the rough on a steady 20 handicap! Richard also enjoys gardening, walking and fine wine.
